Overview

• In this activity lab, you will be linked to a website that has an interactive Plutchik’s wheel.
• You will learn about how the wheel is arranged and a bit about some of the categories and labels for emotions. 
• You will also learn how emotions are related to other emotions, such as emotions that are polar opposites, similar emotions with different intensities, and how primary emotions are combined to create new emotions.

Instructions

1. Download the Plutchik’s wheel worksheet.
2. Click on this link to be taken to Plutchik’s Wheel of Emotions website to be taken to the website.
3. Follow the instructions on the worksheet to navigate the interactive wheel.
4. Fill in the missing cells in the table as you learn about emotions.
